Airticketxpert has a set of clear rules that explain how to cancel bookings and how much it costs. Different types of reservations may have different cancellation policies, but in most cases, you need to do so within a certain amount of time to avoid being charged. Even though event plans can be hard to predict, cancellation and return requests happen all the time. You can be sure that our team of pros is always ready to help you when you need it. Before you make any bookings, you should read our guidelines to make sure you have all the information you need.

Requests to cancel may not be worked on for up to 24 hours. Airticketxpert is a trustworthy business, so customers can cancel bookings and get full refunds right away, minus any fees.

Cancellation

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, you must do so no later than 24 hours after the reservation.
  • Calling to cancel must be done over the phone.
  • Hotels have their own rules about refunds, so calls for refunds are not accepted after the booking process is over.
  • Some tickets can't be refunded, based on the rules.
  • Refund requests are up to the hotel or cab service; if they are turned down, Airticketxpert is not responsible for giving returns.

Refunds

  • Some flights and hotels have rules about refunds, and Airticketxpert can't promise that refunds will happen.
  • Refunds are sent automatically to the account that was tied to the reservation.
  • We don't accept any other accounts or means for returns.
  • It could take 10 to 15 days for refunds to show up in your account. The whole process can take up to 90 days.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours, you can get your service fees back.

General Rules for Refunds

Refunds are not given for reasons that were not valid or could not have been predicted at the time of booking.

  • Bookings that aren't necessary can't be refunded.
  • You won't get a refund for missed bookings or services that aren't available.
  • It is the travelers' responsibility to get to their destination on time and get any necessary travel papers.
  • You must show proof that you have a legal flight ticket and a photocopy of it.

Any extra fees that the US government charges for museums, taxes, or travel costs will be added after the ticket has been made.
